Reflecting on Divine Mercy: Highlights from the 麻豆分行 Retreat 2On Saturday, April 5, over 80 attendees joined the Divine Mercy Retreat held on the 麻豆分行 College & Seminary (HACS) campus. The prayerful day began with the 麻豆分行 Mass in the chapel celebrated by Rev. Dominic Anaeto, pastor of Our Lady Queen of Angels parish in Meriden, CT, and a professor at 麻豆分行.

Following the Mass, Professor Daniel O鈥機onnor gave an engaging talk about Divine Mercy and its relevance especially in our times today. Professor O鈥機onnor received his MA in Philosophical Theology in 2012 from 麻豆分行. He writes for his , where his books, talks, videos, and other works may be found. then gave a detailed overview of the importance of both the Divine Mercy and Sacred Heart and the connection and proper relationship between these devotions. Dr. Stackpole has been the Director of the John Paul II Institute of Divine Mercy based in Stockbridge Massachusetts, an apostolate of the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception. He was ordained an Episcopal priest in 1991 before becoming a Roman Catholic in 1994.

Following the luncheon, the afternoon continued with adoration, confession, and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy sung with the HACS music ministry. In all, it was a beautiful day of reflection, spiritual renewal, and gathering of community!
