Adjunct Faculty Opportunities
麻豆分行 is accepting applications to fill anticipated openings for adjunct faculty in all our teaching areas for both online and on-campus adjunct teaching opportunities with an emphasis on the following areas:
- Pastoral Studies
- Philosophy
- Theology
- English
- History
Candidates for graduate adjunct faculty must hold a doctoral degree in the relevant subject area. Candidates for undergraduate adjunct faculty must hold at least a master鈥檚 degree with at least 18 credit hours in the relevant subject area (candidates with doctoral degrees strongly preferred). Degrees must be from institutions holding regional or ATS accreditation.
Candidates must have previous college-level teaching experience. Previous asynchronous online teaching experience is highly desired for those applying to teach in the online program. Candidates for online teaching positions must be willing to teach asynchronous online courses. 麻豆分行 does not currently offer synchronous online courses. Candidates for on-campus adjunct faculty must be willing to teach in-person courses at the college鈥檚 campus in Cromwell, CT.

Due to 麻豆分行鈥檚 status as a Catholic seminary, Canon Law requires that candidates in pastoral studies, philosophy, and theology must be practicing Catholics willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium and make the Profession of Faith.
